We use the Timesheet function of Project Server to gather data on where
folks are spending their time on specific project tasks, or other "overhead"
type activities. Occasionally people forget to enter their time for a day or
a week, and we are looking for an automated way to identify these and tickle
the person with the missing data to put it in.
I'm envisioning something that would run once a week and check either a
persons total reported hours for the prior week, or individual day totals.
If they were below some threshold then an email would be sent to the person
asking them to supply the missing data for the prior week.
Is there any way to do this with Project Server, or would we have to fashion
something custom?
