Automate scheduling the same list of tasks for multiple clients

How can I schedule the same list of tasks (e.g. 12 tasks) to various clients?
In other words. Can I program a list of 12 tasks in Outlook. Then assign this
list of various tasks to a client with just one or two clicks of the mouse?
("Act" calls this an "Activity Series", "Goldmine" calls this an "Automated
Process")
