Automate setup of ODBC data source ???

I have an Access database that contains a link to an Oracle database via an
ODBC driver. How can I automate the setup of the datasource for new users of
this database? I was told it is possible this can be done via a Visual Basic
program, but can it be done via VBA? Does anyone know how?
