automate SPAM reports to ISP, i.e. abuse@(Senders'Domain).com

Rather than just be able to block the sender's email address, add the option
or feature to automatically generate an email that forwards the offending
incoming email to abuse@(Sender'sDomain/ISP) with all the typical necessary
information, i.e. message header, etc. This would assist in reducing SPAM
and eliminating offenders in a speedy fashion.

Not really. The reason being the From address is rarely valid in Spam.
There is an application that can do something similar but it is manual and
really doesn't help much. Read this to determine the eMail server that is
being used but really it is a waste of time.
