Automated e-mail sending with Outlook 2003

I have a piece of software that prints an alarm to this virtual printer
anytime conditions require it. I have another piece of software that
monitors that virtual printer, and anything routed to it gets sent out as an
e-mail instead, using the native default mail handling program. The idea is
to have the alarming software monitor my equipment 24/7, and when it prints
an alarm, it is actually e-mailed to me and my maintenance guy automatically,
without any human intervention
My problem is, we recently upgraded to Outlook 2003, and everytime the
software tried to send the e-mail, Outlook pops up a warning and asks
permission to allow the third party software to access Outlooks' address book
- that requires human intervention. Does anyone know how to disable this
security feature?
