Automated Emails and Add-ons

Now that I actually have my DB working, my boss wants to know if there is a
way to tailor emails, sent from Access to tell individual users they have a
report due. I'd rather use an add-on product that can handle the code, as
I'm not very good with it (failed multiple attempts) and my boss just wants
it to work. Any products you know of stand out in your mind as decent, let
me know.
