My office faxes reports (generated in MS Access 2003) to large number of
clients. So I installed WinFax Pro, the Winfax® Integration Class Library
for MS Access from ACG Developer Products, and modem on my computer. In a
network Access database a user could input what a client wanted and the
client contact information. I would then run the crossmatch from PC.
I wanted everyone to have this capability. So we had the FaxBack Net
SatisFaxtion software installed on our network server (send email faxes). IT
staff can not get the Email Gateway to work. So we can do any type of email
fax.
So I am back to square one. WinFax Pro has been discontinued and I do not
know if you ever could use on a network server. Other than using an email
gateway, is there any other software that gives me the capability I currently
have on my own computer but can be used a network server. Basically I just
want users to print reports directly to the server modem to be faxed like I
use WinFax Pro on my computer.
