automated import of Outlook rules

I have Outlook 2000 deployed through a GPO to all client
desktops. Is there are way to automatically import a
default set of rules either by using that GPO or by
running an executable with Outlook 200? Is there a way to
do it with Outlook 2002 or 2003?
