Automated Monthly Report Generator

I am interested in having someone explain, if they have
succeeded in creating such, an access and/or excel file(s)
that can automatically generate a monthly report
(including stats...)??? This said report is fed data by a
number of co-workers who perform the data entry
portion/tasks... Please contact me if there is a need for
more info...
