Automated Moving of PST Files

Hi All,
I am in the process of rolling out a series of configurations for
Office 2003, particularly Outlook 2003.
I will be forcing the PST location off the local machines and onto
their Home drives (for roaming profiles, Hotdesking and backup
purposes). What my gripe is, is that i cannot automate the moving of
the PST file(s) during/after the application of the Group Policy that
contains the relevant settings.
Is there any setting or combination of settings in the Outlook 2003
AMD template that will move the file for me?
I am aware that i can use Folder Redirection (which I'm leaning
towards) to relocate the file(s) for all users to their home drive.
Is there anyone who has overcome this problem with a practical
streamline approach?

P.S.
The #1 priority/goal is that i MUST have every user's PST file on the
network so it can be backed up.
