Automated population of contacts in Outlook 2003 VIA Website E-Mail Sign Up Box

I'm starting a web-site and would like to include an "e-mail sign-up box".

Is it possible to have my new customers/members to sign-up (email address,name,address,etc.) on my website, and in return have this newly acquired information to automatically populate my Outlook 2003 Contact (or Business Contacts) database. If so, how can I set this up on my website and in Outlook 2003

Or should I have the "e-mail sign-up box" automatically populate my Access 2003 customers/members database and link the Access data to Outlook

Any help and suggestions is greatly appreciated
