automated standard letter

Hi everyone. My question is a "can word do this" question.

I have a standard letter that I prepare for websites to ask them if they
would like to exchange links. These are not in my address book and so I need
to type a new letter each time with similar contents, but names and websites
different.

Question - is there a way to type a few details such as name, website etc
into a form and then have this information populated into a pre-prepared
document?
