Hi all,
Looking for some help into an issue that comes up. Currently developing a
system where MS project 2007 pro automates tasks updates from a database with
actual start and end times, through task mappings. My problem now is that
when a resource is set to that task for 9am to 5pm, and the work is done
after hours (ie, 5:48 pm is the start database time, and 6:15pm is the end
time), MS project does not update with the actual start time, but sets it at
5pm and ending at 5pm, b/c that is when the resource works. So my work and
duration is zero, but in actual fact, they work a bit of overtime. Any ideas
how i can fix this?
Looking into this more, I can go into the project manually and change the
times myself to the correct times, but the work and duration are still zero.
Thanks for your time
James
