automatic appt cc to another calendar

I am having to keep two calendars; mine to make the appt.
for the executive, and I have to invite her, then she
determines if whe wants to accept. Here is the problem,
when she makes her own appt, she does not invite me. How
do I get to automatically happen, I don't care about
duplication, I just want cc'ed.
