automatic 'black' to blue color font?????

I would like to be able to change the font color from black
(automatic,default) to have the printer print automatically 'blue' or
any color that I pick.... How do I set the settings so the printer
will print in blue and not black. I know how to change the color for
one page,,, but I would like it to be set as the default/or automatic
color,,, blue,,, not black. Can that be done? thanks in advance. cl
