automatic calendar formatting

Hi

i am trying to use automatic calendar formatting in outlook 2007.

1. It seems that multiple criteria in the advanced dialog of the condition
uses an automatic. my condition needs the "and" operator

2. "More advanced" button is disabled how do I enable it ?

Please help
