Automatic Clipart

At the moment i have hundreds of clipart that i installed from the CD of
Microsoft Office 2003, they were all installed into the correct clipart
folder, but the clipart are named with numbers and have no description. They
are not in a category because of this, the automatic arrangement tool puts
them all in one category which is no help. When i search for a cat, i get no
results unless i scroll through all the clipart untill i find one manually.
How can i have these clipart organised automatically without having to name
and describe each one myself, is there any tool i can use on the computer or
the internet?

Office 2003 didn't come with a clipart CD. Did you install the XP Media
Content CD or ? Or Did you install clipart that came with Office 2000 or
earlier? Did you import the clips automatically into organizer?

If you installed the Office XP media content CD then the clips should be
searchable by keywords and in their own categories. If you imported the
clips from your computer or CD then you will need to manually add keywords.

If you are trying to use clipart from office 2000 or earlier you can only
import the clips and will need to manually add keywords since these versions
of Office use Clip Gallery and a different file format to catalog the clips.
You can install just Clip Gallery from a previous version of Office and use
that in Office 2003 by using Insert | Object | Microsoft Clip Gallery or you
can download clips from http://office.microsoft.com/clipart
