Automatic completion won't work for some groups

Hi,
We use Outlook2003 and Exchange 2003 and we run into a strange problem
with automatic completion.

When a mail is send, outlook will put the name of the recipient in the
name in the 'name cache', so it can use it for automatic name
completion.
However, there are some recipients (distribution lists) that won't
appear in the automatic name completion, so I think for some reason it
cannot be saved in the NK2.file.
I've checked concerning distributionlists and compared them to those
lists that DO appear in the autocompletion. I could not find any
difference.

I know that there is a limit of 1000 entry's in the name list, but I
am sure that I am not up to 1000 entry's, cause I have just cleared my
NK2 file.

Can anyone help me with this problem please, cause it's teasing
several users in my Company.

Many Thanks,
