Automatic configuration of Microsoft Outlook in Windows 2003 envir

R

Rima

Hi,

Can I define a group policy in Windows 2003 so that it automatically
configures the uers's mailbox settings if Exchange 2000/2003 is running in
the network? Or is it possible to centralize the configuration of Microsoft
Outlook as an Exchange server client? If so, please let me know.

Thanks,
Rima.

Unless you want to use a third-party tool to do this with group policy,
you'll want to use the Custom Maintenance Wizard tool in the Office Resource
Kit to create a .prf file to manage the mail profile settings. The ORK has
details.
