automatic conversion

Hello,

I have lots of .doc files with lists of web-addresses with links (like:


Microsoft - http://www.microsoft.com - Microsoft company: Office, SQL,
Windows Server
Google - http://www.google.com - place to search
etc.

For each file I want to generate automatically a .txt file in such a
format:
http://www.microsoft.com - Microsoft
http://www.google.com - Google
etc.

Could you tell me how can I do it in the fastest way (I have more than
50 files like that with many links). Thx.
