Automatic Copy of Meeting Requests?

Outlook 2002: Whenever I send a meeting request to specific manager, I get
an "undeliverable" message from his former assistant. Somehow, the manager's
calendar is setup to automatically copy incoming meeting requests (and
possibly appointments) to his assistant's calendar, but we (including our IT
dept.) cannot determine where this setting exists. (The assistant who set
this up no longer works here.) Does anyone have any idea how this was done?
