Automatic Date in ON Page Title

I often transfer email to ON (by clicking the ON button in Outlook, which is
a fantastic tool). The email is reproduced as a ON page without a title. It
would be very helpful to be able to have the title automatically include a
date. I know that the date and time is shown beneath the title, but it would
be very helpful to see the date in the title itself without having to put it
there manually for every new page.

Is it possible to automatically include the date in the title of a new page
by using a template?
