automatic dialing

I want to use the phone calling feature in outlook 2002. I try to set up the
line, etc. but something is wrong. When I attempt to make a call i get "the
call cannot be completed as dialed." What am I doing wrong?

I am using verizon's Voip, their modem, their DSL service and can't get it
to work. Verizon says it's in the Outlook software. I am using the "H323
line" if that matters.

Also and lastly, the program constantly locks up and i have to reboot
several times daily with email problems.

Any help is so greatly appreciated.
