Automatic Document Feeders and OneNote

Does anyone have any experience using an Automatic Document Feeder on a
scanner with OneNote? Are you able to scan directly into OneNote? If the
ADF did not have duplex capabilities, does it allow you to scan the other
side of the pages and have it automatically sort out the order?
