I don't know exactly how to explain this, except to say that usually when
I've sent an e-mail to another user, theire e-mail address is "cached" in the
address line, and automatically appears when I enter the first letter of
their name. I've gone to Tools, Options, Preferences, Selected the E-Mail
Options button, then the Advanced E-mail Options button and verified that the
the "Suggest names while completing To, Cc and Bcc fields" function is
checked. However, my Outlook will no longer perform this function. Can
someone help me? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
