Automatic Email Addresses Don't Work

I use Outlook 2003 for email. It used to automatically complete email
address with I began typing a name. For some reason, it stopped doing that
so I have to click "to" and look them up. I tried to find a setting to fix
this but couldn't.

If anyone know where to set this option, I would appreciate you letting me
know.
