Automatic faxing/emailing of a form made from a template

I have several templates that I use to generate reports. I would like
to fax all forms from template 1 to a certain fax #, email all forms
from template 2 to a certain email address?

Is there a way to have this happne in the "Save As " command?

You could get pretty close with custom print settings for the faxed one.

You might try scripts or automator with drop folder actions.

(No, I have not tried it myself yet. It sounds like it might be fun)
