Automatic fill in of fields

Hi, I have a form with a dropdown list called Zone. There are 2 persons
responsible for each zone. When I select a zone I would like to have the
names of the respective persons appear automatically in a field Name
responsible person.
How can I do this. I am do not know much of VBA. Can someone put me on the
right track here.

You basically just need a on exit macro from the dropdown that sets the
value of the text formfield bookmarked "Name" based on the zone
selected. Similiar examples are in the link provided.

Hi, I have finished my form (with your help) and now have to make a
presentation for management's approval. I would like to make a "semi-
tutorial". I want the fields on this form to open automatically and have text
entered and the dropdowns selected..... like seeing a video. I myself do not
want to do the clicking and typing of text which will be annoying and
time-consuming during a presentation. Does anyone know how this can be done?
