Automatic Formatting in Outlook

Megalos

Hi all,

When I am in the 'Advanced' tab of the 'Filter' dialog box (when clicked
Tools>Organize>Using Colors>Automatic Formatting>Condition...), I can add one
or more criteria. If I created two criteria for example, the mail in question
has to meet BOTH criterion 1 AND 2. I want it to be criterion 1 OR criterion
2. How should I do this?

Thanks in advance

Use two rules, each with its own criterion, that color the messages similarly.

Thanks for your answer. Quite logical actually. But there is still a problem:
I want all the mails sent to (for example) (e-mail address removed) to be red.
When I make a new rule saying that when the 'To' field contains 'john', is
should be colored red, but the mail stays black. When I right-click on the
mail and select 'Options', in the 'Internet headers' field, there is
somewhere:

To: "'Maria Davidson'" <[email protected]>,
"'John Richards'" <[email protected]>,
etc
etc

Why does the rule not work?
