Can you explain what you mean by this? All messages you send will have a
"from".

I have a default personnal adress and when my team i want to send with the
name of my department (e-mail address removed) and any person who receive this
e-mail address can reply with this one.
So the from is the space that i can put in new message my department address
mail.

Thanks,

That's not what the From field is for in Outlook. You want to use the
Accounts button for that.

Hi,

I can use, if that solve my problem. Must be automatic, because some people
forget to put the address and it goes with your personal address and when
some people whan to reply, can't do it.
I can I do that?

Pedro Manuel

There's no way to automate that, as far as I know.
