Automatic Header Comlpetion/Insertion

Not sure if this is the proper forum for this question
(1st time poster); my apologies if not. I have need to
place either text fields or boxes on a cover sheet for a 7
page form with six blanks (on the cover sheet) the user
must fill in. Thereafter, I want their responses to appear
in the header of each subsequent sheet of the form.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how I might accomplish
this?

Hi Monty,

If this is a form using formfields so that protecting the document for forms
is not an issue, then use text formfields on the first page and in the
header, use cross-references to the text of the bookmarks that are assigned
to the formfields. Check the Calculate on Exit property for each of those
formfields so that the cross-references are updated.
