Sometimes, when I reply to a message received in Entourage, the
program automatically sets the message priority as "Highest" with a
red exclamation point. I have the message priority set under the
Message menu to "Normal," and the change to "Highest" is not
consistent--sometimes it does and sometimes it does not. I can change
each message manually to "Normal" without a problem, but would prefer
not to have to go through the process of remembering each time.
Oddly, if I create a new message, it never defaults to "Highest"--this
only occurs (and not uniformly) when I reply to a message from another
(and that message need not be Highest priority itself).
Suggestions are much appreciated. My correspondents are accusing me of
excessive self-importance (which may be correct enough, but not based
on my inadvertent use of "Highest" priorities.
Thanks,
Steve
