Automatic Hyperlink field

Hello
I have a field hyperlink which has a default name FOLDER. I want every time
a new record is added to appears automatically the default name and also to
open a specific folder!
I make it a hyperlink and also I but a default name but it doesn't open the
specific folder only the first time did. I want every time I add a new record
to repeat it with the default name as a hyperlink an open the specific folder
when the user click on it.

How can I do that?? Please help me
