Is there any way, either through menus or VBA, to automatically enter
in a specific location in the location box, when setting up a new
appointment? We have a separate calendar for each of our conference
rooms, so people can schedule meetings in them. I would like for the
location to automatically reflect the conference room number for that
particular calendar. I would like for this to happen, whether someone
creates a new appointment via
File-->New-->Appointment, or by double-clicking on a time slot. I know
this may be asking too much, but I was curious if this was doable.
