I am attempting to design a form to input data to a table and have
consequently bound this form to that table. Simplifying the problem, two of
the fields on the form are 'Player1' and 'Player1Handicap' and manually
typing data into each of these two fields on the form, results in correct
data entry to the table. Since these two fields form part of another table
which is fully populated, I have tried looking up this information with only
partial success. Using a combobox instead of a textbox for the 'Player1'
field works fine but I haven't yet managed to get the 'Player1Handicap'
field to automatically look up the required data. Any ideas would be
gratefully received. I am a newbie working with Access 2002.
