Automatic Mailing of Email Msgs

I have to issue data calls to multiple users two time per month via email. I
have a group established for the data calls and would like to be able to
establish a routine automatic mailing of the data call to the group on the
10th and 25th of each month.
Is there a way to do this in any of the Outlook applications?
