I am looking for an application that will work with MS Outlook 2000.
What I would like to do is create a set of actions that I can assign
to a contact. For example, I enter a contact and I want to send an
e-mail one week later, a letter a month later, a phone call 2 months
later, a newsletter once a quarter etc. I do not want to have to
continually enter all 5 actions every time I enter a contact. I will
have certain files that are associated with those actions. I want my
computer to merge the information and spit out the letters that I need
to print/e-mails I need to send for the day. It will notify me of the
phone calls for the day etc. I want to be able to have multiple
communication "plans" available to assign to a contact depending on
the type of contact they are.
I am also not tied to Outlook if anyone knows of a good program that
will do this. I prefer outlook because the rest of our company uses
it. I am the only one that will need to be creating these mailings.
