Automatic mark message as "Read"

I have an automatic filter set up to move specific messages to a folder and
automatically mark as "Read". My problem is I can't get that "New Mail" icon
in the system tray to also automatically disapear for these messages. Any
ideas?

Not possible to do without changing your Outlook version.
