Automatic message blocking

I updated outlook 2000 and now it doesnt let me receive
any EXE files even from people that I know, is there any
way to unblock messages that have been blocked by the
program itself?

Yes, but be carefull with this even from people you know as virusses
impersonate addresses as well.
