Automatic outlook profile does not work

Hi-

I created an administrative install point for office 2003, used the CIW to
create a Custom.MST file. I want outlook to create a new profile based on
the login name. So in screen 17 I selected Modify profile. Screen 18
Configure exchange server connection, %UserName%, exchangeservername and I
checked overwrite existing exchange settings.

Like I said, every other change or customization that I make in the wizard
seems to work except the profile automation.
Any help would be appreciated.
