Automatic posting of file

Hi,

I currently have a scheduled task that runs a report on my machine nightly,
and then in the morning I manually have to go into the public folder and
attach the report and post it to that folder. I was wondering if there was a
way for outlook to look for the file on the network automatically and if it
is there attach it to a post and post it into the public folder?
