automatic receive not working

I have just switched to Outlook 2007. As per all previous messages I have
read on this forum and on the Outlook Help website - I have Send/Receive set
to receive at 10 minutes both online and offline and still does not work
automatically. Is there anything else you can suggest? I'm sure I have
forgotten some information you need. Thanks!
