Automatic refresh of subform upon user's data entry

I have a form that has a combo box where the user chooses
a CommunityName from the drop-down box. As soon as the
user selects the CommunityName, I would like the subform
to update based on the user's selection.

Presently, the subform does not refresh until after the
user enters all of the information and goes to the next
record. I want the subform information to show before
they enter all of the other information for that record.
