Hi,

is it possible to set Outlook mail box in a way that it automatically
replies on every email saying "We received your e-mail with Subject "xxxxx"
on date "xx.xx.xxxx" and we will reply shortly. Best regards, company xxx!

Thank you for your help

Thanks, but the question is how to add a senders subject and date of
reception in the template?

I use exchange. So to add a senders subject and date of reception in the
reply I have to use scripting? Any simple example somewhere?

Regards
Mitja

Are you using Exchange or POP3 acct? If the reply doesn't include the
subject and date, you'll need to use scripting to add it.
