No you cannot unless you use an Exchange Server. Help has the details and

If you are not satisfied with the Outlook options for out of office replies,
you can always use a 3rd party addin, such as Auto Reply Manager for
Outlook: http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/outlook/auto-reply.html
