Automatic Scrolling In Layout View

Hello, I'm designing a report in Access 2007 and every single time I move or
resize any object (mostly Text Labels and Checkboxes), the view scrolls up
towards the top until I can barely see the item I changed. How can I get the
view to stay where I put it?
