Automatic Send/Receive w/Forwarding Rule Not Working

I use Outlook 2003 with DSL. After the last series of patches/updates, this
feature stopped working. Just a few days ago, I was getting my clients'
emails forwarded to another email account. Now, all of a sudden, they are
just sitting in my Outbox until I get home. Outlook's been set to S/R every
60 mins. Please advise. Thanks.
