Automatic update contact list

Hello. I recently installed outlook 2003... I want to
automatically add people to my contact list when I receive
an email... I am unable to figure out how to do this.
Does anyone know?

R click the email address > Add to Contacts...
I doubt you would want anything more automated than that. You surely do not
want to add every sender to your address book with no control or discretion.
