Automatic Update Free/Busy does not Work

I have just set up Free/Busy on an internet FTP server. I have no problem
manually updating the information from the tool bar Send/Receive--free/busy
information. I have no problem retreiving the information in Plan Meeting.
However, the information does not update automatically every 5, 15, or
however many minutes I schedule in the Free/Busy section of the calendar
preferences.

I have searched the KB to no avail. I have used
outlook.exe/cleanfreebusy--no luck.

What other settings do I need to install to get FB to update automatically
on my FTP site?

I have the same issue on the other computer in my office network.

WindowsXP SP2
Outlook 2003 SP2
