automatic upper case

when I type, I don't want upper case letters to appear when I have deliberately typed a lower case. at the start of sentences or anywhere where I have used a full stop. it doesn't happen when filing this message to you.....so why does it happen everywhere else with no preference to switch the annoying thing off? thankyou. ceekay.

Go to Tools -> AutoCorrect...
and uncheck Capitalize first letter of sentences.
